Welcome to the National Women in Leadership Symposium Women face unique challenges as they move higher in their organizations. The workshops throughout the country will explore these challenges and will teach women how to think and behave strategically when meeting leadership demands. As a previous speaker at the Women in Leadership events I have observed the benefits first hand, with the employees I've sent to the conference and by the other attendees.
