Tracy Hughes is a Sales Center Vice President for AT&T’s Signature/Global Client group supporting some of AT&T’s largest multinational customers throughout the world.  Ms. Hughes is responsible for providing sales leadership and strategy across the Fortune 100 businesses in her territory, overseeing a full range of wireless, application services, data and voice networking solutions.  Tracy joined AT&T in November of 2002 and has over 17 years experience in the communications and technology field.  Over her career Tracy has held various positions in sales, marketing, and sales management, with both the commercial and public sectors on a national and global scope.  Since joining AT&T Ms. Hughes has focused on building teams capable of solving large, complex communications and application networking needs and turning around troubled programs for successful exection.  She is responsible for revenue growth and client satisfaction across a portfolio of over $300 million dollars.
Prior to joining AT&T in November 2002, Tracy was Sales Director for MCI’s Global Accounts providing telecommunications and Internet based solutions for enterprise customers.  She also served as Global Account Manager for the National Science Foundation’s high speed communications and computing networking programs which were precursors to the commercial Internet, and the research and development test bed for Internet2 and Next Generation Networks. 

Prior to her sales roles, Tracy led a team of marketing communications professionals providing marketing, advertising, and public relations services for a broad product portfolio of networking services, and spent time as a management analyst for government sourcing programs.

Tracy is a graduate of the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and hold degrees in International Affairs and Economics as well as a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems.  She lives in Riverwoods, Illinois with her husband and two children.
