Arnold
Simone Arnold is a vice president at Fiserv. Based in Coral Springs, Florida, and with 25 years of Financial Services and Technology experience, Simone serves as the US Product and Program Change Management lead and is a BCP coordinator/resiliency advocate on the COVID-19 taskforce. Previously, Simone championed the lions share of 24.7B transactions, $55.8T dollars in her enterprise business role for the National Automated Clearing House Association (Nacha) and the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Process Compliance, business relationship establishment and growth with Nacha, development, implementation, monitoring, annual audits, risk assessments and performance measurement for ACH process controls. She is known as a people, product, program and relationship builder. Simone embraces her passion to serve while living a life in motion. She is the co-lead for the Women Impact Network and serves as a mentor and sponsor to the Black Leadership Group where her goal is to empower and inspire others to press forward and be vessels for change. Simone is a member of the National Women of Color Empowerment Institute, where she has served as a moderator and panelist. Simone is a member of WNet and the National Society of Leadership and Success. Simone received a BA in Communication from Florida Atlantic University; an MBA from Nova Southeastern University; and a Doctor of Management from the University of Phoenix. Together with her spouse, David, they reside in Florida and raise their three children: Ayanna-Mone’, Naiya Olivia and Ayden Antonio.
DeMarco
Andrea DeMarco is Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, Corporate Communications & ESG for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. She serves as the high-profile face and voice of the organization to Wall Street and business and financial media. DeMarco consistently ranks at the top of the prestigious Institutional Investor All-American Executive Team rankings and was recognized by Wall Street as the #1 Overall Best Investor Relations Officer in the Leisure sector for two consecutive years. Under her direction, the Company’s Investor Relations program swept first place overall ranking across all eight categories including Best CEO, Best CFO, Best Investor Relations Program, Best Investor Relations Team and Best Crisis Management Amid COVID-19, a new category which ranked the effectiveness for communication of a company’s strategy and risk management during the global pandemic. DeMarco joined the company as the Head of Investor Relations in November 2012 bringing with her a diverse background of experience in finance, sales, marketing, revenue management and corporate financial planning and analysis. She has strong knowledge of the cruise industry with 18 years of experience, and has worked across multiple segments, from Contemporary to Luxury. She was an instrumental part of the management team that led the company into previously unchartered areas including taking the company public with a highly successful initial public offering along with multiple other capital market transactions including eleven equity follow on offerings, the highly successful acquisition of Prestige Cruises International, Inc., and multiple capital raises amidst the global pandemic, totaling over $15 billion in capital market transitions. Prior to joining Norwegian, DeMarco was responsible for North America charter sales at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., for both the Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises brands. In this role she successfully drove sales and marketing initiatives and increased media exposure for the brands by attracting name brand entertainment including Grammy Award-winning saxophonist Kenny G, Emmy Award-winning reality TV show Top Chef, Time Warner’s television network Turner Classic Movies, and the popular music and arts festival Coachella. She partnered with all areas of the business, strengthening her expertise in operations, including hotel, marine, port and food & beverage; legal and contract negotiation; itinerary planning; and public relations. Previous roles at Royal Caribbean include corporate financial planning and analysis and revenue management, with revenue management experience both inside and outside of the cruise industry. She served on the Board of Directors as President and Treasurer for the National Investor Relations Institute, Florida Chapter. DeMarco received a Masters in Finance from Florida International University and a Bachelors in Science in Finance from Florida State University.

Lewis

Terri is Chief Human Resources Officer for One Call’s more than 2,000 employees throughout the United States. She is responsible for creating the company’s overarching vision for culture and engagement, diversity and inclusion, communications, and top talent acquisition and development as well as all aspects of HR service delivery. Terri has more than 25 years of experience in human resources. Prior to One Call, she served as senior vice president of global human resources for Pontoon Solutions where she is credited with creating a people-centric organization and positioning the company as a leading ‘Great Place to Work.’ In addition to Pontoon, she has worked in organizations such as PSS World Medical, General Electric, International Paper and Brambles Ltd. She is a recognized global human resources leader who provides strategic HR leadership to build organizations that are client-centric, attract and develop the best talent and drive to create a great place to work for all colleagues. Terri believes every HR professional must have deep business and organizational knowledge in order to develop and implement a people strategy that will deliver. She has broad HR experience from global transformation to start-ups. Terri has been recognized by her peers as a multi-year Global HR Superstar and a National Diversity Council Glass Ceiling Award winner. She is on a number of advisory boards including Kids Chance of FL, the Evanta FL CHRO governing board, and the FL Diversity Council and is an active participant in her local community through Wolfson Children’s Hospital, Leadership Jacksonville, and as a board member for Changing Homelessness. Terri received her Master of Human Resources Management from the University of South Carolina and her Bachelor of Science in Business Management/HR from Clemson University. She lives in the greater Jacksonville, FL area, with her husband Fletcher, son Carter and their puppy Winston.

Keti Mehta currently serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Growth Leader for Gallagher’s NY Metro office, where she manages the firm’s growth initiatives to expand and deepen client footprint across diverse industry segments. Mehta also serves as an Advisor to the inaugural Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee of the Risk & Insurance Management Society’s (RIMS) Advisory Board. For the past eight years, Keti has passionately served as a Board Member on the Tri-State Diversity Council (NY, NJ, and CT). Recognized for being an inspiring growth accelerator, strategic brand promoter, and influencer - Keti Mehta successfully develops high-performing teams and strategic partnerships to unleash organic growth potential. She stands out for being a transformational culture catalyst by building diverse communities of practice that promote inclusion and collaboration. Deena Piquion currently oversees Xerox’s Latin America Operations which includes all direct and indirect sales activity throughout Central and South America and the Caribbean. Prior to joining Xerox, Deena was with Tech Data Corporation for 19 years where she most recently served as Vice President and General Manager of Latin America & Caribbean where she had full P&L; responsibility for the region and led the successful integration of an acquired competitor. Respected as a courageous and decisive leader, risk taker, and sound business partner, Deena earns a seat at the table wherever she serves.
