Jennifer Costea, GBA, MBA
Jennifer Costea is the Senior Vice President of Employee Health & Benefits at Marsh & McLennan Agency, Florida Region. In this role, Jennifer serves as a Consultant/Advisor to mid-market size employers. In addition, Jennifer spends her time working with employers nationally on strategy around delivering competitive employee benefits programs while focusing data analytics, compliance, cost management and employee engagement experience. Jennifer’s passion is helping employers with their initiatives around benefit programs while strategizing on cost effective solutions and funding strategies.
Prior to joining Marsh & McLennan Agency, Jennifer served as an Employee Benefits Specialist for Lockton Companies as well as Mahoney & Associates. Jennifer started her career originally in 1998 in Human Resources working closely with Finance, Payroll and Benefits. Jennifer earned her Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Tampa and earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Tampa.
