Tina Allen, is seasoned Human Resources executive, Certified Purpose Leader and Career Coach. She brings 20 + years of a diverse and progressive HR leadership experience in various industries and companies. Her background includes broad HR expertise in Organizational Design and Development, Change Management, Learning and Development and Workplace Culture. She has worked at such notable companies as the Kantar, 4A’s, Financial Times, Mercer, Publicis, Scholastic and Sesame Workshop. In addition, Tina is a Certified Purpose Leader and Career Coach. With her unique approach to helping professionals identify and define their purpose, she helps her clients design their career transitions, progression and change. She is passionate about helping career professionals find their purpose, navigate the terrains of professional development and find true career growth. She helps her coaches unlock their potential by understanding their purpose and creating alignment between their work and what fulfills them. Tina is also passionate about creating inclusive and equitable workplace cultures. Her work has included Inclusion and Diversity programming on racial equality, gender bias and workplace harassment. Tina earned her BA in English | Journalism at Baruch College, City University of New York. Tina is a native New Yorker, avid jazz lover and cyclist. She currently resides in Westchester with her husband and pet Bearded Dragon, Kato.

Nadia Batchelor is a Managing Director and Global Head of Corporate Access at Jefferies, where she leads a team that connects institutional investors with public/private company management. She is also co-head of the first-ever Jefferies Network of Black and Latino Employees (J-NOBLE), an employee resource group dedicated to recruiting and developing diverse talent across the firm. Before joining Jefferies in 2013, Nadia was Vice President of Healthcare Corporate Access at Morgan Stanley, a position she held for six years. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Nadia worked at American Express in Corporate Finance & JPMorgan in High Yield Research. Nadia received an MBA from Harvard Business school and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently on the Board of Trustees at CentraState Healthcare System in Freehold, New Jersey.

Ms. Orly Lynn is a Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner, Head of Global Inclusion and Diversity at Commvault. In her remit, Orly is responsible for the design and implementation organization’s very first I&D; strategy. She oversees the organization’s diversity training, employee engagement, and partnerships. She collaborates with fellow HR colleagues and works closely with senior leaders of the organization to weave I&D; into all parts of the business. Orly was previously the US Head of Diversity & Inclusion for HSBC. She led the bank’s US regional Diversity and Inclusion initiative, designed to attract, develop and retain diverse top talent. Orly designed and implemented the US strategy for the organization and transformed the firm’s diversity and inclusion development programs. In partnership with Talent Acquisition, she ensured inclusive and diverse strategies for talent recruitment and retention. Prior to joining HSBC, Orly served as Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at Credit Suisse, promoting the firm’s Global Diversity and Inclusion strategy by leading and managing the Employee Resource Groups. She spearheaded the planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the Americas region while overseeing all external sponsorships and diversity training initiatives. Orly Lynn is a thought leader promoting change, equity, and inclusion. She is a Tri-State Diversity and Inclusion Council Leader of Excellence recipient and named Diversity Star of 2020. Orly champions D&I; efforts as a panelist, speaker, moderator and podcast guest. Orly holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hunter College, where she majored in Sociology, and is a Master’s Degree candidate at Harvard University, majoring in Management and Organizational Behavior.

Joy Robins is Chief Revenue Officer at The Washington Post. Robins joined The Post after five and a half years at Quartz, most recently serving as Global Chief Revenue Officer. There she led the company to triple digit growth while holding senior positions including SVP Global Revenue and Strategy and Vice President of Advertising and Strategy. Before joining Quartz, Robins was a senior director at NBC News Digital and Vice President of digital advertising at BBC Worldwide. Her early career included positions at The Weather Channel and OMD. Robins sits on the Board of Directors of the IAB and the DCN. In 2018, Robins was named one of the industry insiders solving digital advertising’s problems by Business Insider, and in 2017 she was recognized by Ad Age’s 40 under 40. Robins graduated from Rutgers University.

Recognized for being an inspiring growth accelerator, strategic brand promoter, and influencer - Keti Mehta successfully develops high-performing teams and strategic partnerships to unleash organic growth potential. She stands out for being a transformational culture catalyst by building diverse communities of practice that promote inclusion and collaboration. Keti leads by example and is a highly skilled, certified sales activator, leadership development coach, talent enthusiast and evangelist of the Customer Experience. Mehta has also held senior executive leadership roles at Hub International, USI Insurance Services, Dell, and Morgan Stanley. Keti resides in White Plains, Westchester County with her husband of 24 years and their beloved daughter, Karina. Keti is a licensed NY Property & Casualty Insurance Broker. Mehta received a Master of Arts degree in Change Leadership/Business Transformation from Teacher’s College, Columbia University in New York City. Additionally, Keti holds an Executive Coaching Certification from the International Coach Federation.
