Jayati Goel

Jayati Goel is the co-founder of Nidaan Systems, Inc – a technology consulting services firm focused on providing turnkey software solutions. She drives business strategy and development at Nidaan and has helped grow the firm from a two-person startup to development offices in the Bay Area and South Asia over the past decade. As a woman and minority business owner in Silicon Valley, she is passionate about championing diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. She serves on the board of the Industry Council for Small Business Development as Vice President of Programs where she is responsible for connecting small businesses to the titans in Silicon Valley and helps forge long-lasting vendor relationships. She also serves on the board of the Alameda County Employer Advisory Council whose mission is to educate businesses about compliance with regulations. Jayati holds an M.Phil in Demography from Jawaharlal Nehru University, an M.A. in Geography from Punjab University and a B.A. in Humanities from Meerut University in India.
