Vievette Henry

Vievette Henry is the Head of Organizational Effectiveness and Inclusion at AIG where she is responsible for diversity strategy and governance, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), the leadership development portfolio, strategic workforce planning, engagement, talent management, succession planning and culture initiatives across AIG. She is a member of the HR Executive Group.

Vievette joined AIG in October of 2014 and previously held the role of Head of HR for global Information Technology, Audit, Legal, Compliance and Regulatory. During her tenure, she developed and implemented a multi-phased human-capital portfolio that enabled the technology workforce transformation.

Vievette has extensive experience in line management, information technology, e-business, marketing, risk management and human resources in the financial services, pharmaceutical industries and academia.

Vievette earned a B.A. in Computer Science from Clarke University and an MBA from Dowling College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the HR Network and Women in Banking. Vievette is a board member of the YWCA and East Woods School.

Vievette frequently participates in philanthropic activities involving education and disadvantaged women. She enjoys traveling, reading and playing tennis in her spare time.
