Rosa Nunez

Rosa J. Nunez is responsible for developing and executing Burson Cohn & Wolfe’s U.S Diversity and Inclusion strategy, with the purpose to foster a workplace culture that empowers its people to bring their whole selves to work, promotes inclusivity and as a result, attracts, retains and fosters the best possible talent. Her initiatives are centered around recruitment, learning & development, engagement, retention and external positioning. Rosa started her Diversity & Inclusion career at Accenture, where she had a long tenure leading and managing multiple global-scaled Diversity & Inclusion programs.

In late 2015, Rosa accepted the challenge of designing and implementing a multi-year Diversity & Inclusion strategy for Omnicom Media Group, where she led all US efforts up until transitioning to Burson-Marsteller in February 2018. Rosa’s work and personal efforts have been recognized across the industry and has been named “Diversity Champion” by many national publications.

When she is not hard at work, Rosa enjoys spending time with her family and dedicating her time giving back to the community as a member of the PR Council, The Advertising Club of NY Diversity Committee, The YearUp Organization, The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement and other reputable organizations. Rosa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
