Jill Albertelli

Jill Albertelli is head of Pratt & Whitney’s global Quality function, leading the overall development and administration of quality programs and quality compliance policies and procedures, including supplier quality assurance, product integrity, Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) and business process improvements. She focuses on exceeding customer expectations by providing improved product quality and reliability.

Prior to September 2016, Albertelli led Pratt & Whitney’s 30K Programs, successfully guiding the development and certification of the PurePower PW1100G-JM and PW1400G-JM engines for the Airbus A320neo and Irkut MC-21, respectively.

Albertelli has held positions of increasing responsibility since joining Pratt & Whitney in 1991, holding executive positions in Materials Management, Aftermarket Sales and Operations, and also leading the company’s Supply Management organization.

Albertelli received a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She serves on the Connecticut Junior Achievement Board of Directors and on the steering committee of the Accenture Women’s Leadership Forum.
