Aliza Hutchison

As a Senior Change Management Lead at Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), Aliza Hutchison works with executives and experts across all business units to create and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption, while minimizing disruption to the business.

Formerly responsible for establishing and growing a new communications consulting practice within SolomonEdwards’ Business Transformation services, Aliza worked with high tech clients including AutoDesk, Cisco, Intel, NetApp, VMWare on communication and change management solutions.

At Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO), Aliza created the first in-house agency for executive communications supporting company spokespeople globally as a member of the Corporate Communications senior leadership team. Her work was recognized by Gartner in 2015 for Building an Exceptional Internal Communications Function.

Aliza has over 20 years of experience helping companies like Accenture, Ernst & Young, Apple, Cisco, Salesforce and other high tech companies solve all manner of change management, operational and communications challenges - from business transformation to organization design, creation of new best practices, driving business process re-engineering and training enablement. She is an expert in building trusted partnerships at all levels, getting executive buy-in, fostering a culture of collaboration, and inspiring teams to exceed expectations.
