Aneesa Muthana

Aneesa Muthana is a hands-on leader with extensive experience in almost every aspect of a production machining environment. In 1993, Aneesa took the opportunity to run a small, struggling company. Her passion and experience drove her to implement the changes necessary to substantially grow the business into a successful Swiss CNC operation – a leader in precision machining. Aneesa attributes this success to building a high-performance team that embraces leading-edge technology. She believes in building relationships both inside and outside of her company, and in the strength of inclusivity in an industry where success can only be earned, and never given.

Aneesa sits on the boards of PMPA (Precision Machined Products Association), IMEC (Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center) and CRGC (Chicago Regional Growth Corp). She has been a speaker and panelist at a wide variety of industry events and won numerous awards including The Manufacturing Institute’s 2017 STEP Award for Excellence in Manufacturing, Crain’s 2019 Notable Woman in Manufacturing and NAWBO Chicago’s 2019 Woman Business Owner of The Year.

Aneesa’s global impacts have been focused on humanitarian assistance and post-disaster relief. She has spent weeks at a time providing relief and assistance throughout the U.S. and abroad.
