Sue Klug

Sue Klug is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Republic Services, a $10 billion recycling and waste services company that operates in 40 states and Puerto Rico. In this role, she sets the strategies that strengthen the Republic Services brand and oversees all aspects of marketing, communications, product development, and revenue management.

Sue is committed to supporting education, philanthropic efforts, and women in leadership roles. She sits on Business Advisory Board for the University of Southern California Marshall Graduate School of Business, the Orange County Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Board, and is active member in the Network of Executive Women (NEW) organization.

Sue is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in marketing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in food industry management and an MBA from the University of Southern California. She currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
