Sadie Stern
Sadie Stern leads 3D Systems’ people function. Sadie serves on the executive committee and is responsible for all areas related to the strategy, attraction, development, performance and retention of 2800 employees located in 24 countries around the world.
Before joining 3D Systems, Sadie spent five years at Qualcomm where she provided HR and business leadership for one of Qualcomm’s largest and most complicated acquisitions ($3B TDK asset carveout)—integrating over $1B of revenue and 5,000 employees in 14 countries across North America, Europe and Asia. Additionally, Sadie served as the HR lead for multiple emerging businesses and growth markets in Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. Prior to Qualcomm, Sadie held HR leadership roles, including expat assignments, at LG Electronics and The Walt Disney Company.
Sadie holds a bachelor of arts from San Diego State University and a Master of Arts from the University of Denver. She has served on the Board for Kids Included Together, a non-profit helping organizations meaningfully include kids with disabilities, since May 2011.
Sadie has lived in four countries, thrives on constant change and is currently based in San Diego where she lives with her husband and 11 year old daughter.
