Denise Brucker

Denise Brucker is the Vice President of Compliance, Labor & Employment for Cubic Corporation and has over 20 years of experience practicing employment law in the United States. She is also a certified ethics and compliance professional.

Ms. Brucker oversees all domestic employment litigation and pre-litigation disputes, and consults on international claims management. She is responsible for advising Cubic’s human resources leaders and management on employment law compliance and risk mitigation. Ms. Brucker also leads Cubic’s corporate compliance program.

Prior to working at Cubic, Ms. Brucker was a partner at Paul, Plevin Sullivan & Connaughton LLP in San Diego. She holds a B.A. from the University of California at San Diego and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
