Erica Prasirtpun
Erica joined the University of Phoenix family in 2005. During that time, she has held a variety of leadership roles within the University and has had the honor of impacting the lives of hundreds of students through her work as a Student Mentor, Student Advocate, and Academic Counseling Manager. During the course of tenure, her leadership, passion and professionalism propelled her through the ranks, and she now serves as the Campus Operations Director for the Southern California Campus, the largest campus nationwide within the University. She oversees operations and student support services for nine unique learning center locations that serve over 3,000 local students and 5,000 online students. Erica is also an Alumni of the University of Phoenix having earned her Master of Science in Psychology in 2011. She is passionate about championing women in the workplace, and in 2017 she was recognized by the Diversity Recruiters Network with the “Diversity Spirit Achievement Award” for her active support of diversity in the community and the workplace.
