Adrienne Kessler

Dr. Adrienne Kessler is Chief Executive Officer of Speech and Language Development Center where she has served since 2016. She brings over 20 years of expertise in for-profit, non-profit and public school sectors serving individuals with disabilities. Throughout her career, she has served in progressive leadership roles designing district wide educational and therapy programs for students with Autism and the creation of autism therapy services for the largest non-profit ABA provider in the country supporting the services for thousands of individuals and their families. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for California Association for Private Special Education Schools (CAPSES). She is a certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and holds a doctoral degree in organizational leadership. Her dissertation was devoted to the retention of the millennial generation from a leadership perspective. Dr. Kessler is committed to ensuring all individuals with disabilities are treated with respect and have access quality support services.
