Desirae Palma
Desirae Palma, Regional Vice President at the Neuroleadership Institute, is responsible for overseeing NLI’s rapidly growing West Coast clientele. Desirae’s leadership throughout the past 6 years has significantly propelled NLI’s growth and enabled the organization to design leadership development frameworks, D&I strategies, and performance management processes for companies like Microsoft, Juniper, HP, and Amazon. Desirae works extensively with HR practitioners and executive leadership teams to help them understand how to achieve real behavior change within their organizations through the application of behavioral neuroscience. She specializes in helping clients understand how to leverage neurobiological and psychological drivers to increase motivation and performance, remove unconscious bias, and enhance inclusion in the workplace.
