Tasha Hussain Black
Tasha Hussain Black has over 25 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, product development, and commercialization. She is currently the Vice President of Marketing for the Plant Nutrient Group and the Grain Group at The Andersons, Inc., and is responsible for the marketing strategy for over 12 lines of business. Prior to joining The Andersons, she was Vice President of Technology at the Regional Growth Partnership where she assisted in starting up 75 high-tech companies in two years in Northwest Ohio. She previously held executive level positions with Hickory Farms and Craft House Corporation, leading their marketing and product development efforts.
Tasha earned her Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University and her Executive MBA from the University of Toledo, where she has taught in the Department of Management.
Tasha is passionate about the Northwest Ohio community and has been involved with several boards and committees over the past 15 years. She founded and led the Mentor Committee for the EMBA Program at the University of Toledo and was a member of the EMBA Advisory Board for 10 years. She is a past member of the Board of Trustees for the Toledo Library Legacy Foundation, the Advisory Board for the Junior League of Greater Toledo, as well as the Board of Directors for WGTE Media, where she chaired the marketing committee. She is currently a Director and Trustee for The Corporate Giving Foundation at The Andersons, Inc. In addition, she is a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Toledo Eberly Center for Women.
She and her husband Kevin reside in Holland, Ohio, with their two children, Hannah and Kevin.
