Dr. Reneé R. Green

Dr. Reneé R. Green has more than 25 years of leadership experience that spans across three diverse careers — the U.S. Army, Corporate America, and Education. She is currently the Program Chair for the School of Business at the University of Phoenix (UOPX). Dr. Green is responsible for leadership development of students. She facilitates classes in leadership, management, organization behavior, strategic management, and adult education training programs to foster leadership skills while creating a robust learning atmosphere. Her career is based on developing and reengaging employees within the organization. Dr. Green is the 2018 Chair, for the Leadership and Development Interest Group of the International Leadership Association and the Co-VP of Programs for the Organization for Women Leaders (OWL). Her current focus is on developing women to follow their dreams.

She is a graduate of the Defense Equal Opportunity Institute and has more than 20 years’ experience working and developing employees, sharing a variety of practices in the community, and designing mentorship programs. Dr. Green has also coached and mentored individuals in the U.S. Army, high velocity retail organizations, education, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofits. Her coaching and leadership expertise is built on a solid academic foundation. Her educational preparation includes an earned Doctorate of Management degree in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science degree in Educational Counseling, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Dr. Green is a certified executive coach. Her motto is, “change your story to I can and I will!”
