Elisa Yadao
Elisa Yadao is senior vice president and chief communications and community engagement officer for HMSA. She directs product development and pricing, marketing and communications, and consumer advocacy. Elisa has been with HMSA since 2009. Her career includes serving as chief information officer for the City and County of Honolulu’s rail transit system, communications director for Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estate, executive director of the Polynesian Voyaging Society, and as a television reporter and news producer for the local CBS affiliate. She volunteers on the board of directors for the American Heart Association’s Hawaii Chapter, Hawaii Island Economic Development Board, East Hawaii Regional Health Improvement Collaborative, and with the Polynesian Voyaging Society.
