Cecile Morris, PhD
Cecile worked in HR and Management with NovaCare Inc. a national rehabilitation company, the University of California, Santa Cruz, HMSHost, and Maunalani Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She presently does consulting work locally in Management and HR. With a BSBM and a focus on continuous learning, Cecile completed her Law Degree at Monterey College of Law where she received her JD in 2005, and completed her MBA with the University of Phoenix. She received her PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University. Her dissertation was a Quantitative Study on Generations and Job Satisfaction. She has been adjunct faculty with several universities and colleges in Hawaii and on the mainland online, on ground and blended learning since 2011. As her continued support for the profession, Cecile sat on the national exam writing panel for the SPHR-PHR for the HR Certification Institute and holds her SPHR and SHRM-SCP. She recently presented workshops at the California Assisted Living Association Annual State Conference and the Colorado’s LeadingAge Annual Conference on Diversity and Generations in the Workplace. She is Lead Faculty Area Chair for the University of Phoenix.
