Holly Clarke

Holly Clarke is the Vice President and International Legal Counsel for General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. Ms. Clarke has been with General Atomics since November 2006. Before that, Ms. Clarke was the Senior Vice President and General Counsel to L-3 Communications’ Aerospace Systems Group in Rockwall, Texas. Ms. Clarke received her law degree with honors from the University of Oklahoma and has more than fifteen years’ experience representing aerospace and manufacturing clients in matters involving U.S. government contracts and international transactions. Ms. Clarke is a frequent speaker before diverse audiences covering a variety of topics. Additionally, she has extensive experience working in matrixed organizations where stakeholders operate in multiple functional areas and that require obtaining buy in from multiple parties with differing, and sometimes competing, objectives.
