Rhonda Staley Brooks
Rhonda Staley-Brooks is the former President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Sacramento Area where she was employed for 22 years. Staley-Brooks was appointed as the Executive Director of the Nehemiah Community Foundation on January 11, 2016. Staley-Brooks works with the board and Nehemiah staff to develop the strategic plans, operational plans and agency budget for the Foundation. Staley-Brooks leads the Nehemiah Emerging Leaders Program. As the program Administrator, she oversees all functions of the program to further its success. Staley-Brooks has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development from California State University, Sacramento. She continued her education through trainings such as the CEO Link with the Non-Profit Resource Center and Class 1 of the Nehemiah Emerging Leaders Program. She is currently in the EMBA program at Sacramento State. Accomplishments include: Top 40 Under 40 through the Sacramento Business Journal, Exceptional Women of Color through the Sac Cultural Hub, Women Who Men Business through the Sacramento Business Journal and the Distinguished Alumni Award from California State University, Sacramento.
