Erica Fernandez is the Senior Vice-President of Commercial Banking at American River Bank and an expert in sales leadership. She is the creator of popular tutorials, courses and methods that help leaders skip the learning curve and grow revenue by developing high-performing teams. She’s a passionate life-long learner and financial industry expert. Using speaking as a way to share her 21 years of expertise, this results-driven executive has achieved top growth at two of the largest national banks and is now leading a community business bank in sales system development and organizational change. Erica helps leaders get out of isolation, taking away the struggle of doing it alone. Her techniques help businesses grow more efficiently, effectively, and strategically. A regional advocate, she serves on the Board of Lilliput Family Services and participates in a scholarship program for her alma mater- Sacramento State.
