Theresa Brandorff

Theresa Brandorff is a Colorado native of Hispanic descent, born and raised in Denver. Theresa is a senior level executive specializing in the vision, strategy, design, and delivery of cost-effective, high performance business and technical solutions in support of business goals. She is the Rocky Mountain West Lead for Public Sector with North Highland, helping state and local agencies solve their complex problems.

Prior to joining the North Highland, she was a Managing Director with another consulting firm, helping state Medicaid agencies with their Health Information Technology (IT) needs. She also served as the Claims Systems and Operations Director for the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, the State Medicaid Agency. Her previous State experience was as the Director and Chief Information Officer (CIO) with the Colorado Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (CICJIS) – a State entity that helps the five Colorado Criminal Justice agencies interoperate and share information. Prior to her State service, she worked with Navigant International as Global Director of Information Technology and with Diners Club International as the Global IT Product Director.

Theresa earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado (Dual BS degrees – Management and HR), and her MBA at the University of Wisconsin. She earned a full-ride fellowship from the Consortium for Graduate Studies in Business towards her M.B.A. She also earned a Masters in Project Management. She is married to her high-school sweetheart, Ed. They live in Denver and have two older children and two friendly dogs. Her family likes to swim, fish, camp, snowboard, ski, hike, and read.
