Sean Dineen

Sean Dineen is Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition & Mobility in the Customer Management organization for Convergys Corporation, a global leader in relationship management.

Sean currently has global accountability for the Talent Acquisition organization at Convergys. Heis responsible for the overall strategy and execution to hire upto 140,000 associates a year, in33 countries, requiring 60 different languages.Prior to his current role, Sean led Global Talent Management & ODasan expat in the Philippines, and started his tenure in Convergys as the VP, Global Learning and Quality. Sean comes to Convergys with 20 years of experience across the CPG, Pharmaceutical, and Retail industries with companies such as PepsiCo, Hallmark, Bristol Myers-Squibb, and Limited Brands.

Before joining Convergys, Sean held a number of executive positions for Luxottica and Luxottica Retail,including Vice President Human Resources and Vice President Talent Management & OD. Sean earned his M.Ed. from Xavier University, and resides in Liberty Township, OH.
