Krista Boyle

Krista Boyle is Vice President of Branding and Communications for Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management. In this role, Krista is responsible for digital and social media, internal communications, external communications, and global branding. Krista joined Convergys in 2002, during her 15-year tenure; she has held positions in government relations, sales, operations, and supported three CEOs as chief of staff.

Prior to Convergys, she worked for then Congressman Rob Portman (OH-02) on casework, helping constituents navigate government agencies, working with local media, and speech writing. Krista is committed to enhancing the quality of life in her community. She has been an active volunteer and board member for the Coalition for a Drug Free Cincinnati (now Prevention First).

She also served as a member of the Junior League of Greater Cincinnati for several years, including acting as chair for the committee that selects community projects.

Krista earned a Masters of Business Administration degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati College of Business.She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Otterbein College.
