Over the course of her 24-year tenure with Deloitte, Beth has served in numerous leadership roles including regional leadership within the human capital practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP. Beth has focused her career on supporting large-scale transformation activities and currently leads readiness and deployment for a global digital transformation within Deloitte. In addition, Beth has led Deloitte’s inclusion efforts in the North Texas marketplace for the past seven years and is a frequent speaker and panelist on the topic. Kelley Johnson is Founder and CEO of KJE Consulting & Coaching, a Dallas-based firm with national and global reach. For more than five years, she and her team have provided strategic diversity, inclusion, leadership coaching and talent management solutions to clients across a number of industry sectors. Previously the Chief Diversity Officer for JCPenney, Kelley was instrumental in linking business innovation with Inclusion and Diversity and helping the retailer achieve rankings on the DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list and the Corporate Equality Index. Prior to JCPenney, Kelley spent 10+ years in a global Corporate Communications, CSR, and DEI role for Accor Hospitality. She has held strategic advisory roles with several organizations, including the Latino Leadership Initiative at SMU Cox School of Business and the Executive Leadership Team for March of Dimes Dallas. She is the author of EMERGE!, a graduate of Texas Woman’s University, and a HoganLead Certified Executive Coach.

Ann Tasby, CPA CIA Director, TCU Neeley School Office of Inclusive Excellence Accounting Faculty To enhance the TCU Neeley academic experience and culture of connection, Ann leads the design and implementation of the school-wide Inclusive Excellence Strategy, framework, activation and accountability system that incorporates a recruitment and retention plan for diverse students, faculty and staff as well as embedding cultural competency development into the core curriculum and co-curricular experiences for all Neeley students. Ann is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor. She joined TCU in 2017 as an Accounting Faculty member with more than 20 years of professional experience helping Fortune 500 companies successfully mitigate business risk, reduce operating costs and improve business processes. Ann has worked extensively in Latin America, Europe, Australia and Africa serving a global client base for Big 4 accounting firms. Concurrently, she has served as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) leader throughout her career and served on non-profit boards with a DEI focus.

Duncan Davis is currently serving as Regional Vice President Operations for Carrabbas Italian Grill…responsible for 100 restaurants. Duncan formerly served as Senior Vice President of TGI Friday’s and at Darden Restaurants. Duncan’s area of expertise is Operations but has had responsibility for Strategic Operations, Training, Communications and Quality Assurance while overseeing Operations in the past. A veteran restaurant executive, Duncan believes in building dynamic teams that can consistently exceed the expectations of our customers and employees. Duncan resides in Dallas with his wife and son.
