Mona Dine

Mona Dine, ACC, ODCP, SPHR, SHRM-SC

Mona Dine is an accomplished Human Resources leader with an extensive and proven track record of working closely with business leaders at all levels. Her expertise is utilized to develop leaders, create inclusive, engaged environments and promote talent practices that drive performance and business results. Mona currently serves as the People & Culture leader in a global manufacturing organization. Prior to her current role, she was Director of Talent Management at HarbisonWalker International; Director of Talent Management and Human Resources at RTI International Metals, Inc; and also served as Vice President and Senior Talent Consultant with PNC Bank. Other previous roles include, Director, Recruiting and Staffing at Pittsburgh Public Schools and Director of Career Services and Director of Human Resources at Robert Morris University.

Mona is also a credentialed Professional Coach specializing in career and leadership development. She has over 20 years’ experience as a career coach and helps clients leverage and expand their strengths and leadership skills to excel in their careers.

Mona holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree focused on Career Development from the Ohio State University. Mona holds certifications as an Associate Certified Coach (ICF); Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRCI); Senior Certified Professional (SHRM); Organizational Development Certified Professional (IOD) and Fostering Inclusion & Diversity (Yale University).

Mona serves on the Board for the International Coaching Federation, Pittsburgh chapter. She also volunteers for the March of Dimes, PA Diversity Council and serves as a Pittsburgh Promise Coach. Mona serves as a Corporate Advisory Committee member and Mentor for PA Women Work. In addition, she serves as the Co-Chair for the Diversity and Inclusion Forum in the Pittsburgh region. She is a frequent speaker and panel member on topics addressing women’s development and enhancing diversity and inclusion within organizations.
