Pashon Mann
PaShon Mann has over 25 years of leadership experience as a Talent executive across multiple industries. She currently leads Talent for the Technology, Product and Xperience division of Comcast. In her current role she has oversight of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Diversity and Inclusion for the division. Her career consists of leadership roles in Global Talent Acquisition and Diversity and Inclusion at Microsoft, Dell, Amtrak, Northrop Grumman, Booz Allen and Hamilton and Gannett.
She attended Morgan State University in Baltimore MD, where she received a B.S. in Psychology and pursued a M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. She has received executive education at Wharton, UVA, Darden School of Business and Harvard University. She is active in the community and passionate about Breast Cancer awareness and survivorship. She is a volunteer for Susan G. Komen and Board Member for the Tigerlily Foundation.
PaShon recently relocated back to the Northern Virginia area after living in Seattle, WA for 2 1/1 years. She resides in Philadelphia, PA during the week and Ashburn, VA on weekends with her husband Steve of 22 years and two Miniature Schnauzers, Zac and Zoe. She has one daughter Gabrielle who is a Junior at Purdue University. She is a foodie and avid cyclist who spends time on her Peloton bike or Tred or riding her road bike on the many trails in VA.
