Kate Feather
Kate leads an Enterprise-wide approach to Employee Engagement with the goal to strengthen the employee experience across all of Lincoln’s businesses and locations. She works with leaders across the enterprise to sustain a culture and work environment where employees across Lincoln feel motivated to give their best every day, feel supported by Lincoln’s programs, believe they have a voice, and believe they are recognized for their contributions.
Previously, Kate supported Lincoln’s Human Resources and Business groups as a consultant around Culture & Engagement. She has more than 15 years of experience assessing and advising organizations on employee and customer experience design and delivery.
While she currently resides in Philadelphia, she is originally from England. She recently celebrated her 24th wedding anniversary with her husband, Dom, who is also a Brit. They have three very American kids: Nat (19), Toby (14) and Josie (11) and one small, round dog, Charlotte. Outside of work, she loves to travel, try new restaurants, sweat it out at spin class, and listen to audiobooks.
