Ina Lankenau

Ina works with the CEO and senior management team and oversees the employee and volunteer functions at The Franklin Institute, one of the top science centers in the country, to drive business performance and deliver on the Institute’s mission of inspiring a passion for learning about science and technology. With 834,000 visitors from the region and around the world visiting The Franklin Institute in 2019, it is one of the most visited museums in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Previously, Ina led and supported various cultural transformations for some of the country’s most complex organizations including Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) as well as Cedars-Sinai Health Systems, Deloitte Consulting LLC, and the J. Paul Getty Trust in Los Angeles, California.

Ina received a BA from Scripps College and an MBA from Claremont Graduate University. She holds a diploma from St. Gallen University (Switzerland) and a Certificate in Diversity Management in Healthcare from Georgetown University.

Ina was born in Manila, Philippines and was raised in a bilingual home in Southern California. She is proud to call Pennsylvania her home and lives in Gladwyne, PA with her husband, Dr. Stephen E. Lankenau, and their daughter. Outside of work, she contributes her time as a board member for South Philly-based SEAMAAC (Southeast Asian Mutual Assistance Associations Coalition) to create opportunities for immigrants and refugees and volunteers for Chester County Fund for Women and Girls to ensure women and girls have resources and opportunities to thrive through philanthropy and advocacy.
