Patti Johnson
Patti is the Former Vice President of Global Talent Development and Organization Culture for Tupperware Brands in Orlando, Florida.
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Patti holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance from Central Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. She is currently pursuing an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration (EDBA) through the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.
Patti’s leadership and business career spans nearly twenty-five years. Her current role allows her to focus on strategies that develop leaders to succeed in an ever-changing world. She has a passion for organization effectiveness, leadership development and business process transformation. This allows her to work with leaders to align business and human resources strategies. Prior to her current role, Patti held positions in Worldwide Human Resources, Tupperware U.S. and Canada, and Tupperware Latin America.
Previously Patti was the owner of Southeast Leadership, a Human Resources consulting firm that partnered with organizations to deliver business results and develop talent. She is a graduate of GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program and has worked with leaders in numerous industries and countries to develop a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the global marketplace.
Committed to community service, Patti has held volunteer positions for many organizations, school advisory boards, development boards, and as a City Year Orlando board member. She is a proud and dedicated mother to three children who share her passion for global travel and adventure.
