Keti Mehta currently serves as an Advisor to the inaugural Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the Risk & Insurance Management Society’s (RIMS) Advisory Board. Additionally, Keti advises Medecins Sans Frontiers (Doctors Without Borders) on their diversity and inclusion/ talent efforts. She is also a Coaching Guide at Chief, a new women’s network for leadership growth.

Mehta served as Chief Strategy Officer & Senior Vice President with HUB International Northeast where she managed the firm’s growth initiatives to expand client footprint across diverse industry segments and deepen customer intimacy.
Keti leads by example and is a highly skilled, certified sales activator, leadership development coach, talent enthusiast and evangelist of the Customer Experience. Mehta has also held senior executive leadership roles at USI Insurance Services, EMC Dell, Morgan Stanley, and IDB Bank.
Mehta holds an Executive Coaching Certification from the International Coach Federation. She also holds her NY Property & Casualty Broker’s Insurance License. Mehta will complete an M.A. degree in Change Leadership at Teacher’s College, Columbia University in May.
She currently resides in Westchester County with her husband of 22 years and beloved daughter, Karina.
