Theresa Schroeder
Theresa will celebrate 16 years with Turner in June and is currently the Vice President Community & Citizenship in the Turner Atlanta office. Theresa is focused on supplier diversity, strategic sales pursuits, and diversity & inclusion. Her responsibilities include planning and execution of programs designed to increase Turner’s utilization of underutilized businesses as well spearheads the company’s commitment to community service and employee engagement.
Theresa has earned several certifications including, Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, Cultural Mastery and The American Contract Compliance Association’s Master Compliance Administrator certification from Morgan State University.
An active member of the community, she serves on the board of the Georgia Workforce High Demand Career Taskforce and is a mentor in the Georgia Mentor Protégé Connection Program. Theresa was also instrumental in starting the ACE Mentoring Program in Atlanta, an educational program for high school students to increase their awareness of careers in the construction industry and continues to sit on the board.
Recognized for her work, Theresa was named as a 2018 Atlanta Tribune Woman of Excellence and listed in Atlanta’s Who’s Who.
