Kim Scott

As the Vice President of Human Resources of Caspers Company, Kim Scott oversees all aspects of the employee experience, including recruitment and onboarding, engagement and people development, employee relations and strategic planning. She joined the Caspers team in 2002 in Tallahassee.

Caspers Company is proud to own and operate 64 McDonald’s restaurants in the Tampa Bay and Jacksonville area, Caspers Service Company, Oxford Commons, and Caspers Cold Storage, employing more than 4,300 people.

Kim earned a Bachelor’s degree from University of Memphis and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from St. Leo University. She holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.
