Jill Frazer is the Chief of Human Resources for Great Parks of Hamilton County. Jill has over 14 years of experience in human resources in both a private and government setting. Jill is currently a Cincinnati Advisory Board member with the Ohio Diversity Council. Jill resides in Fairfield, Ohio, with her 5 year old son, Pete.
