Sonja Wilkerson

Human Resources Business Partner Supporting Global Finance and Legal

Ms. Wilkerson joined HP as a Vice President of Human Resources in November of 2014.

Prior to joining HP, Ms. Wilkerson was a Director of Human Resources with Cisco for over 10 years. In her last role, she was a responsible for providing strategic HR support to Cisco’s core engineering products including the Server, Switching, Routing,
Software, Hardware, and CTO organizations.

Previously, Ms. Wilkerson served as Vice President of Human Resources for Vitria Technology, Sequence Design, and Infinity Financial Technology from 1997 to 2004 where she built HR functions from the ground up, worked with the Board of Directors, venture capitalist, and compensation committees. . She was a Director of Human Resources supporting Global Sales and Marketing with Synopsys where she was responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing talent in Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, and Japan. Ms. Wilkerson began her career with Sun Microsystems in 1985 where she worked in various HR roles for 8 years.

Ms. Wilkerson graduated with a BS in Organizational Behavior, an MBA from the University of San Francisco, and a MS in Technology Management from Pepperdine University.
