Teeona Wilson
My name is Teeona Wilson and I was born and raised in Portland, OR. I’m a proud Duck Alumnae of the University of Oregon, graduated in June of 2012—I double majored in Public Relations and Advertising. In the summer of 2010, I had the privilege and opportunity to travel to Ghana for a Public Relations internship with a firm in the Accra area. In college, I was actively involved in Black Student Union and Black Women of Achievement and I was initiated into the local chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated in April of 2009. I served as Vice President and Secretary for two years. Since graduating, I’ve been active in the Graduate chapter.
Upon graduation, I accepted an offer with Aerotek—a staffing and recruiting company, where I started as an Engineering Recruiter. I am currently working as an Account Manager starting up our Administrative Healthcare Division. I also serve as a representative for our office on the Regional Diversity Board for the NW.
