Amy Kelly Lauer
Amy Lauer leads Old Navy’s online business in the US, Canada. Amy started her retail career ias a trainee in the Brooklyn Flagship for Abraham & Straus. Since then, she held positions in Buying, Merchandising and Strategy. Amy has worked across channels in retail – from Department Stores to Specialty, Outlet and 9+ years of Ecommerce. Amy attended Pomona College, received a B.A. in Psychology and Dance from Hamilton College, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and studied at USF in the Masters of Human Resources and Organizational Design. When not at work, Amy stays busy raising 4 children with her husband. She loves to cook, spend time outdoors hiking, biking and skiing, read, draw, and do pilates.
