Phyllis Baltz

Ms. Baltz has over 25 years of healthcare administration experience working in both community and academic hospital settings. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa, as well as her Masters in Hospital & Health Administration and Masters of Business Administration.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Baltz has led the integration of two hospital facilities, strategic and facilities planning, labor negotiations, process improvement and day-to-day operations in complex, and ever-changing hospital environments. Her wealth of knowledge, experience and leadership has driven meaningful change and results.

Ms. Baltz is affiliated with several professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives and California Association of Healthcare Leaders and has been very active in the community, serving previously on the Citrus Heights Chamber of Commerce Board, and has championed healthcare legislation on the state level on behalf of Dignity Health. She currently resides in El Dorado Hills.
