Lily J. Lu is Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant Secretary of IDEXX Laboratories, Inc., a leading animal diagnostic company based in Westbrook, Maine. In her role at IDEXX, she leads the corporate and securities legal team, with responsibility for M&A and financing transactions, securities law matters and corporate governance.

Before joining IDEXX in March 2014, Ms. Lu practiced law in the New York office of Arnold & Porter LLP, specializing in corporate and securities law. She joined the firm in 1997 and became a partner in 2007. Ms. Lu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies from Harvard-Radcliffe Colleges, where she graduated magna cum laude, and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
