Tricia Myers is the current IL Diversity Council Board Chair and Director, Inclusion & Diversity at BMO Harris Bank where she holds accountability for the design, development and implementation of initiatives and programs that support Diversity & Inclusion strategies in the U.S. She partners closely with leaders and HR Business Partners to support these priorities as well as BMO’s employment brand and reputation as a diverse employer of choice.
Tricia is a seasoned HR professional with over 30 years in the financial services industry. She started her career in retail banking then worked in different roles within HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Recruitment and Organization Development. These previous experiences along with a 3 year international assignment, based in London, have provided the foundation for leading initiatives that enhance employee engagement and leadership capability for managing diverse teams.
Tricia holds a Masters of Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University. She also serves as a board or committee member for Financial Services Pipeline and ADA 25 Advancing Leadership organizations. In her personal time, Tricia loves traveling, cycling and spending time with her family.
