Maggie Tucker is the Vice President, Digital & Voice Strategy, Planning, & Analytics at InterContinental Hotels Group – one of the world’s leading hotel companies, with over 785,000 rooms in over 5,200 hotels in nearly 100 countries and territories around the world. In her role, she leads the Strategy and Planning efforts, and many other shared services, across the teams that deliver upon the Digital + Voice guest experience for IHG. The Digital + Voice teams are staffed across 12+ countries, delivering solutions in 14+ languages, and creating key transactional and experiential moments for IHG guests.
Prior to IHG, Maggie spent five years at The Home Depot in various digital and business leadership roles. Maggie has a rich background in internet marketing, eCommerce, search engine optimization, planning & strategy, leading successful teams, and all things digital. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of Georgia and her MBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
