Tina Allen, is seasoned Human Resources executive, Certified Purpose Leader and Career Coach. She brings 20 + years of a diverse and progressive HR leadership experience in various industries and companies. Her background includes broad HR expertise in Organizational Design and Development, Change Management, Learning and Development and Workplace Culture. She has worked at such notable companies as the Kantar, 4A’s, Financial Times, Mercer, Publicis, Scholastic and Sesame Workshop.
In addition, Tina is a Certified Purpose Leader and Career Coach. With her unique approach to helping professionals identify and define their purpose, she helps her clients design their career transitions, progression and change. She is passionate about helping career professionals find their purpose, navigate the terrains of professional development and find true career growth. She helps her coaches unlock their potential by understanding their purpose and creating alignment between their work and what fulfills them.
Tina is also passionate about creating inclusive and equitable workplace cultures. Her work has included Inclusion and Diversity programming on racial equality, gender bias and workplace harassment.
Tina earned her BA in English | Journalism at Baruch College, City University of New York. Tina is a native New Yorker, avid jazz lover and cyclist. She currently resides in Westchester with her husband and pet Bearded Dragon, Kato.
